Trekking requires a fair bit of effort and walking up to 6 - 8 hours every day has the required effect for people carrying excess weight. Food is all organic fresh from the garden and alkalising to the body. It will nourish you and balance you out, you will find on your return home that you have developed new eating patterns and be more mindful about what you consume and what your body actually needs.

Trekking journeys are a great kick-start to becoming stronger, healthier, more radiant and alive. After all the fresh mountain air, water, organic foods and walking, you won’t want to return to old useless habits – the transformation process has begun and you will want it to continue. We hope to inspire all our clients to live well on their return home and continue the lessons learned about themselves on trek in Nepal.
